An exceptional opportunity to work for a global leader, the provider of Email Marketing Solutions based in Central London.
We are looking for a Client Support Specialist (Tier 1) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide ‘front line’ support by understanding, troubleshooting and resolving client questions and concerns about the Email Marketing software.
This is a highly client facing role!! You should have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in customer support organisation within an Email Marketing or Digital Software Solutions Provider; good working knowledge of any email system, HTML, XML, and Flash are also essential.
A second European language (French, German, Spanish or Italian) would be an advantage - but not essential.
This role pays up to £43k base + benefits
