Our client is works with some of the biggest names in the UK, helping them reach their customers by providing them with an outstanding email platform to send them the latest news and information.
As a result of expansion in the UK and EMEA, they need a Client Services Manager to oversee the client service team, manage them team on a daily basis and ensure customer service levels are maintained.
The Client Services Manager will have extensive client service and team management experience. You should have at least 2 years managing a client service/customer support organization in a email or other related software or technical services business.
You should also have experience in providing technical customer support, training or on-boarding to customers.
Candidates should have working knowledge of email systems, digital marketing, HTML, Flash, XML and web based applications.
The role offers a salary of £60k plus company benefits!
